Get people grooving with Music Bingo
Throw balls to the wall, we use music instead. Our Beats Bingo event type swaps out numbered spheres with a live, fun, exciting playlist. When players hear a song that’s on their card, they mark it off. Get four in a row? BINGO! We’ve also built in some special squares that get people out of their seats and into the groove.
Music Bingo is something different, and a great alternative to trivia. Music is naturally a celebratory component for any event, and this event type leans right into it. Your high energy host guides the fun, and plays the hits from old to new.

Both of the above event types (and many more) are run in your office space, school hall, sports club, or any other purpose-booked location. We work with the venue on what hardware is available and what we’ll need to bring along. We have a workflow and a run sheet that ensures you know what’s happening and when, so everybody is on the same page.

Get together remotely with Online Events
Have a remote team, or distributed workplace? No problem. Online trivia brings people together – all over the world – and we’re the best at it. We spent the early parts of the pandemic creating an online trivia system that kept both workers and friends alike from bouncing off the walls, running hundreds of online events during that period. When the world returned to normal, we’ve continued to make this format available for organisations that have evolved with the times.
We are also able to run a hybrid event with a live host in your space, broadcasting to people in your team joining from interstate or overseas. Online trivia and hybrid trivia is easy to set up and fun to run.

Frequently asked questions
What time frame do you need to run an event?
If you event is in person, we’d recommend at least a week for lead time. If your event is online, we can run the session in as little as two days.
How long does trivia or music bingo run for?
The most popular time frame is about 90 minutes of activity in a two hour time slot. We are able to make the event longer or shorter depending on your goals.
Can we run other activities?
Yes! Trivia and Music Bingo are just the beginning. We have Live Pictionary, Paint and Sips, Bottomless Brunches, Boozy Science, and many other options.
How do we pay?
We invoice upon booking to lock in the date, due just before your event is set to run. You can use direct deposit, or pay using any major credit card. We are a registered Australian company that is an approved supplier to the big four consulting firms, so getting us registered in your system is never an issue.
